Honestly, now.

Really.  It’s absolutely amazing.  It has everything: hunting, swimming, hiking mountains, botanical gardens, hot air ballon rides, saunas, spas, sports, and much more.

 But now I have to catch a flight to Seoul.  Pictures posted in the next week.

Hello everyone!

 Lisa and I just arrived in Jeju and we going to spend a few days here before going back to Seoul to do more sight-seeing. 

Jeju is an island off of the south of Korea.  For a long time, it was pretty much ignored by everyone, so it developed its own distinct dialect and culture.  The Mongols came and settled in 1200ish and greatly influenced the language.  (And they brought their horses.)  There’s a whole lot more to this island, but I’m typing from the airport and I want to get out of here. 

We are planning on heading south and seeing waterfalls, beaches, doing some hiking and then whatever else seems like a good idea. 

Oh yeah, Lisa and I stayed in a love motel last night.  She found it hilarious.  I’ll try and steal some of her photos.

I am exhausted.

I have averaged about four hours of sleep a night for the past week or so and I’m running on empty.

Today was my last day at work.

I cried.

As much as I’ve complained, I’ve had an amazingly good year.  I’ve learned a lot (as my sister Lisa keeps reminding me).  I’ve made a lot of friends who I have the sneaking suspicion that I’ll keep in contact with.  Well, I’d better.  One of them is holding Badugi for me. 

But mostly, I’m just tired.  I have a feeling everything will hit me in a day or so, when I get caught up on sleep.  I’m dreading that day.

I’m still planning on coming back to Korea.  However, my planning is pretty limited.

On the bright side, my sister Lisa is here.
